How to redeem a cape code
- 1Go to minecraft.net/redeem (the official Mojang page).
- 2Sign in with the Microsoft account that owns Minecraft.
- 3Enter the 25-character code (five groups of five) and confirm.
- 4Open the Minecraft Launcher, go to Skins/Wardrobe and equip the cape.
Minecraft capes you can still get (2026)
- Aurora Cape — watch any rewards-enabled Minecraft Dungeons II livestream on TikTok (3+ minutes) or Twitch (15+ minutes) between Sep 29 and Oct 14, 2026 (11:59 PM PST). Redeem by October 31, 2026 at minecraft.net/redeem.
- Hero Cape — play the original Minecraft Dungeons, then sign in to Minecraft Dungeons II between its September 29, 2026 launch and December 31, 2026.
- Minecraft Experience Cape — attend Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue where the tour is running and redeem the code you receive.
- Builder Cape — a TwitchCon 2026 / Minecraft Movie Build Challenge promo. The promotion ended June 14, 2026 and distribution finished around June 30, 2026.
