The dog in Control Resonant is the Mysterious Dog — a recurring companion hidden on rooftops across Manhattan. Helping her is the "Every Dog Has Her Day" side quest.
How the dog quest works
The Mysterious Dog appears seven times. Each encounter is a small puzzle: find her missing dragon toy and bring it back. After all seven, make a final visit to The Gap to finish the side story and unlock the Dog’s Best Friend trophy/achievement.
All seven dog locations
- Downtown — on a rooftop at the edge of the region.
- Central — on a rooftop north of East Park Station.
- Evacuation Zone — on a red-lit rooftop northeast of the Sinkhole.
- West Incursion Zone — on a rooftop west of the Parking Garage, where the city bends up into a sheer wall.
- The Park — on a rooftop at the northeast edge of the region.
- Underpass — one encounter in this zone.
- Unknown — the final stop at The Gap.
Look up: every encounter is on a rooftop, so traversal abilities make the search much faster.
